This event is intended to support executive leaders, whose organizations currently include residential programs, who are interested in leadership strategies to ensure a solid business foundation in the midst of changes in the residential world. Leadership change strategies that have supported other agency leaders in successful business transformation to meet a changing world of expectations in the child and family service field will be shared.  Strategies in the following business areas will be addressed: policy; values and practice improvements/changes; fiscal, use of data; innovation; partnerships/mergers and strategic planning.
