Wellness 4 Life

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits daily to attain better physical and mental health outcomes so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.
We invite youth and young adults between the ages of 12 – 26 to join us for a highly interactive 2.5 day training on developing a personal wellness plan.
Wellness 4 Life will be held on the following dates & times:
- December 10: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- December 11: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- December 12: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
*There is a 1 hour lunch break for each day. LIMITED mileage & lodging stipends are available!
